this is how we do summer

Last week was spent with Chas' family for a huge reunion.
All 9 kids (+ spouses) and all 10 grandkids.
It was a lot of kids.
And a lot of love.

And even more food.

Video shot on my iPhone and edited by me.

This is great! I think you are giving Chas a run for his money in the film-making dept. ;)
What did you use to edit this? Did you edit it on your iPhone or just shoot it on there? I have been trying to take more videos with mine lately, but need to figure out the best way to edit them

Looks like it was a super lot of fun!
And I loved how you edited the video - the short snippets of film were like pictures with personalities.

ahhh haha i love the mona rope swing so much! best family reunion ever.

i have exciting news about our friendship. because i'm so obsessed with your artwork, i showed my sister and her response to the one i chose was, "you do know that's sarah card, right?" long story short - our sisters went to romania together! our friendship is meant to be.

Nice work, gang! I felt like I was really there.

I just want say for the record that as a family we are working on wasting less time and righting more wrongs.

That said, I'm glad Ian's turn on the rope swing was given it's proper length in the grand scheme of this short film.

and i noticed that every single person in your family seems to be a crazy-skilled painter. can you send some of that my way? thanks.

too cute, sam.

This makes me so excited for my future family reunions. I'm one of eleven children but so far there are only four married and almost four grandchildren. It will be crazy fun once everyone is married!
