Little cryings will wear nothing but jammies for the first year of her life.
Might as well keep her soft, cuddly, and squishy for as long as possible.
The demin, ruffles, and accessories can wait.
P.S.
I'm not a lover of pink-everything for little girls.
Kinda dislike it, actually.
But in jammie form? I'll take it :)

I agree, little baby pjs are the best!!
Pretty sure that is an AMAZING idea!
After she's grown up, you can make these cute little baby DIY toys with the jammies:

these are too cute!!
Those are so cute! I can't wait to find out what we're having.
Baby pj's are absolutely the best ever ever!
So, so sweet. I love the birdie ones. <3
Those are all so cute. My best friend's baby is now two, but when she was pregnant she bought little jeans and tennis shoes and hats, the works... her mom kept telling her "you're only going to want to have him in jammies for the first year, trust me". Emilie didn't listen but for the first year of his life he only wore jammies, all those outfits went to waste. Looks like you have the right idea :)
Baby jammies are the cutest!
I love little baby jammies! So soft and cuddly :)
Good decision. I don't know why any infant would ever need jeans, shoes, or button-ups. They should be nothing but comfy every day. Harper spent her first year of life in soft knits (jammies, onsies, and rompers). It was perfect.
So true I always hate when I see a little one in jeans and some swanky shirt - let the kid be comfy for crying out loud.
Those elephant ones are the cutest! Your little one is going to have the coolest pjs ever! :)
I got the same pink giraffe pj onesie from Target for a friend! So cute.
squishy ALWAYS. but what about the summer time when it's too hot to be cuddly?
My mom always says Onzies are the way to go for like the first 7months.. just be careful with footie PJ's.. cause, they are SUPER annoying to take off in the middle of the night, epically with a full diaper (says my mom ;) she speaks from experience;))
you, with the help of these squishy jammies, make me so baby hungry!
I TOTALLY agree. I'm not big on all pink for girls. I'd much rather have gender-neutral pieces that can be reused for all of my children because they grow out of them so fast. I also agree on the jammies, but my babies will probably never be seen in anything but onesies. I just love those chubby little thighs too much :)
I bought the first two (gotta love Target!) for my brand new half sister recently... so adorable!!
I have to say, I agree.. Pink everywhere is too much! If it works for people though, I'm all for it!

I did the same with all of my kids. They need comfort. (Just like their mom).
Those jammies are so cute!! I love that word too. Jammies.
That's not a bad idea to have your child in jammies for the whole first year! I mean, why bother really with shoes, jeans, etc. When you have to constantly take them off for diaper changes and what not anyway?
I'm a Nanny, and I've watched babies from time to time (like right now!), and it is definitely better when he has a simpler outfit on!
hear hear! You need to get some of the sacs for the first three months. I love my babies in the sacs (bundlers) with their little scrunched legs and socks. Easier to change diapers in the first few months, too: http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=70159&vid=1&pid=571104
shoot! I realize I added the link to the pink ones, but they have blue and white and such as well.
i just can't get enough of babies in onesies. mine will definitely be wearing them nonstop.
these melt me. i need my gender discovery day to get here asap so i can shop for these cutest tinies!!!
