Dear adversity,

You and me have gotten to know each other quite well over the last few years. At first I hated your guts. But I slowly came to learn that sometimes you aren't so bad because I saw how you make me grow and stretch for the better. But yesterday in Relief Society when we were asked to write a list of all the current adversities in our lives, you know what? I couldn't think of a single one. Nothing. Notta. Zip. And, I'm sorry to say, dear adversity, but it was a wonderful feeling not having any of your kind in my life. Please don't be offended but I hope you continue to stay away for a while. It's been so great to have this little break from you. So see ya later, alligator. Don't let the door hit you on your way out.
