it's an iPhone life

This is my cousin's new pup, Rowdy.
Ok. Can we just talk about that face for a second? Is it even for real?! It looks like I photoshopped the eyes from Bambi.
(Just for future reference, would it be weird if I had?...Yes? Oh. Ok.)

We've been going on a lot of evening walks lately.
I love our neighborhood and it's so gloriously beautiful just as the sun is setting and the street lamps are starting to come on.

These flowers are everywhere on our walks. I don't know what kind they are but I adore them. They remind me of daisies dyed sunshine yellow.

Sometimes when we go on walks, we end up at the fancy Italian restaurant, Sea Salt, just up the street from our house.
And then sometimes we decide to stay and eat dinner there.
And sometimes this happens two weekends in a row.

Sometimes our walks can be hazardous to our monthly budget.

When we're not walking, we're riding Scoots.

I've decided that this little lone sunshine flower and Scoots have recently become great friends out behind the garage.
I mean, just look how cute they look posing for this picture together.

Ah...summer.
Please don't leave us so soon.

That puppy is so cute, it makes me puppy-hungry (kinda like baby hungry?). And those flowers look like Black-Eyed Susans. At least that's what I grew up calling them.

I'm dying over that face! How cute is that!? I think those flowers might be black eyed susans? they look like the same thing that someone else called a "black eyed susan." that's the only reason i may or may not know. which really isn't a reason at all, and I'm probably lying to you.

Oh my goodness that puppy. I can't look at his eyes for too long because I just want to cuddle him! SO adorable :)

Also, we try to walk toward neighborhoods and not town for that exact reason. I love food way too much.

if summer here in AZ was anything like Summer in UT I'm sure I'd be begging it to stay, but I'm not. And also because my husband has been gone to CA ALL summer long for an internship and I'm so ready to not live alone anymore. Just have to make it to Friday night and then I get him back!

Thanks for the love! I'm following your cute blog now as well. You're also an Art Therapist & this is awesome because I can possibly pick your brain about certain things...of course if you don't mind. I have one more year of undergrad left but grad school for ATR is in my near future!

That puppy is the cutest dang thing. It has the saddest biggest eyes.

I want a scooter, but the town where I live isn't scooter friendly.
