When deciding what to watch on Netflix:

My choice: NY Ink and Man vs. Food
Chas' choice: Masterpiece Theater's Downton Abbey

Yup. Pretty much sums us up.

>>>

While getting ready for bed:

Me: "Guess what song is in my head right now."
Chas: "Ummm...The Club Can't Handle Me Right Now?"

He knows me too well.

>>>

Waking up to lots of snow Saturday morning:

Chas: "It's a winter miracle!"
Me: "Let's have a special breakfast!"
Chas: "McDonalds!?"

We always root for Man vs. Food, or any sort of food-related show. We recently watched Cake Wars for the first time. Who new fondant could be so entertaining?

Sounds like me and my husband. How was your special McDonalds breakfast?

The last one reminds me of an interaction my Fiance and I still laugh about:

Fiance: "Let's go to a fancy dinner tonight"
Me: "Let's go to Moe's!"

I got food poisoning from my burrito...it still makes us laugh two years later!

ooooh. I'm with Chas on Downton.

Also ... the club can't even handle me ... was the only song our daughter would stop crying to when she was a few months old ... so keep that trick in your back pocket for the little lady!!!

You guys are too fun. I've been meaning to watch Downton Abbey, and I LOVE NY Ink. So much better than LA Ink.

Haha! How cute.

We are digging Prison Break right now. It's so intense! We always intend to only watch one or two episodes, but then we end up watching three or four.
