Tonight is my last class of the semester. Next week is the final. I can't believe how fast the semesters fly by. I also can't believe that I've been teaching for two full years now. That is crazy town.
Sometimes, mid-lecture, I realize that a class full of students are looking up at me and listening to me because I'm their teacher. That's when I think to myself, "Woah. Who OK-ed me to teach college!?" Jeeze louise.
But seriously, I love teaching college.
I recently discovered the song "Defying Gravity" from the Broadway show, Wicked, and have basically listened to nothing else for the past 72 hours.
Yesterday, I wore a really darling outfit. Dah-ling, I tell ya.
And here's a secret:
Sometimes I think about doing outfit posts.
Then I remember that 1. I don't have a camera nicer than my iPhone, 2. Pics of me come out weird about 82% of the time, and 3. I'm not sure I'm emotionally ready to cross the bridge into outfit posting land. And I'm pretty dang sure Chas isn't ready, either.
So let's just have this all be our little secret, k?
You know nothing.

yay aren't you glad school is almost over! I sure am. I am not going back in the fall so its going to be nice to have a really long break!! But I guess I am not going to since I will be having another baby haha

I feel the same way about outfit posting... I'll do it every once in awhile an I ALWAYS feel like a poser. haha And I love that song too. I love the glee version and will listen to it over and over again until husband begs me to listen to something else :)
I have been listening to defying gravity a lot. So much my oldest gets upset when she hears me turn it on or say "I hope you're happy now" and my 2 year old will finish off when I say, "I hope..." and in his adorable 2 year old voice "happy now!"

i feel the same way about outfit posts...i tried doing a few last week and it just wasn't me. i just can't justify posing in front of the camera. but i do love those girls who can...
I'm the same way. I mean, kudos to people who do. But there is a reason they post them and I don't. The reason is I'm not cool enough to be "that kind" of blogger...

Both of your shoes match, and they're lovely... little bits of matching make me smile. Tons of over-the-top matching; however, sometimes scares me, unless it's to be silly. Just didn't want you to think I'm one of those "let's match everyday" people. Thanks for making me smile!
