sometimes...

I just loved reading everyones' "sometimes" posts last week!

I'm actually thinking about starting an official "sometimes series" with a fancy button and everything. What do you think? Should we take this to the next level and get serious about our "sometimes?"
I get weirdly excited about watching the next episode of Downton Abbey. I finally don't have to dread Sunday evenings.

I feel overwhelmed with gratitude when my mom takes it upon herself to find me the perfect glider rocker for the best deal. (We're still on the hunt.)

I can't stop thinking about birth. What it will be like and whether I want to go natural or not. (More to come on this, I'm sure.)

I just want to eat warm, homemade rolls with homemade jam all day, every day.

I am kinda a bad person and purposely don't recycle. I figured living in Oregon for three years has checked the "recycle" box for me permanently. Good thing Chas is a better person than I am.

I wish I could dye my hair light, light cotton candy pink.

I just don't understand the allure of Pinterest. Am I the only person in the universe who's missed this boat?

I can't believe how close I am to paying off all my grad school loans. Our goal is to be totally out of debt by the time little cryings is here. Seriously can't believe that's even a possibility.

I strongly consider spending a lot of money on a sewing machine so I can learn how to make awesome baby girl clothes.

Now it's your turn!
Copy the bold part of the sentence, fill in the blanks in your own post, and link up!

Excited to see what everyone comes up with this time around!

Love this post idea, it was so fun to do! You'd look nice with pink hair. You could absolutely rock it. And your little cryings would probably think of what a rockstar you look like :)

I keep wanting to dye on single hot pink streak on the underside of my hair. The only thing keeping me from doing it? Work. Boo. You should go for it :)

And I felt the same way about Pinterest. Then I tried it out. And now I feel ashamed every single day about using it. Don't. Do. It.

I absolutely love these! Keep doing them!!

Also, Pinterest is seriously amazing. It was a total match-made-in-internet heaven for me. I have thousands of pictures saved to my computer, now i can put them all on one website and categorize them...AMAZING! I'm sure you'll get pulled into it eventually ;)

Also, I'm linking up my Sometimes post tomorrow! I just did a post on my blog for today!

Yes this should be a thing! Let's have a shiny button.

1. You could rock the pink hair.

2. I've managed to avoid pinterest and tumblr so far, as I am certain they would herald my downfall!

Here's my sometimes :) x

Pinterest bores me. All my internet friends get so mad at me that I'm not on it. But I spend enough time on the internet--I don't want something to keep me on it eternally!

I'm definitely not on Pinterest yet...I can't commit to another social media site! They are already taking over my life:-) BUT, it's fun to browse every now and again! A bit overwhelming for a dreamer like me though! xoxo

I will admit I am on pinterest - but aside from my blog, I only use twitter - no facebook. So, I suppose I use some of the time that most people use facebook to use pinterest. ;)

I love that you wish you could have light pink hair! You should get some pink highlights just for fun, I bet you would love them :)

Pinterest would be your best friend if you do buy said sewing machine and decide to make adorable baby girl clothes. There are so many ideas and links to tutorials on there!

Rachael said...

Nope, you're not the only one who hasn't gotten into Pintrest!
And Downton Abbey=Love it. I haven't seen the Second Season yet, because I'm waiting for the DVD, but will get it and watch it, and love it.
Dying your hair a light cotton candy pink-never had that notion. Although a part of me wishes I dyed my hair a crazy color back in high school.

Oh, and not that you haven't already been told, but Pinterest is amazing. I thought the same thing as you for a while, then one day I decided to explore it, and now I'm addicted with everyone else. Haha.
